Family & Caregiver Support

Supporting Families. Empowering Caregivers. Strengthening Lives.

Families and caregivers play an important role in supporting the wellbeing, development and inclusion of neurodivergent individuals. MIDaar works to ensure that families and caregivers have access to the knowledge, guidance and support they need to better understand neurodiversity and respond to the unique needs of their loved ones.

We recognize that every family’s experience is different. Our approach focuses on creating supportive spaces where parents, caregivers and family members can learn, share experiences and access practical information without judgement. By strengthening families, we help create environments where neurodivergent individuals can develop their abilities, build confidence and participate meaningfully in their communities.

What We Do

Parent & Caregiver Education

We provide information and learning opportunities that help parents and caregivers better understand neurodiversity, individual needs and supportive approaches.

Peer Support & Community

We encourage families and caregivers to connect, share experiences and learn from one another through supportive community networks and engagement activities.

Guidance & Resources

We connect families with relevant information, resources and practical guidance to help them navigate the different stages of supporting a neurodivergent individual.

Family Empowerment

We equip families with knowledge and confidence to advocate for their loved ones and promote their inclusion in education, community life and other areas of society.

Our Approach

We believe families should never have to navigate the journey alone. By providing understanding, connection and practical support, MIDaar seeks to strengthen caregivers and create positive environments where neurodivergent individuals and their families can thrive.
